About the role

We’re looking for a CRM manager to take ownership of growth and user retention strategies across channels to help us scale and get more customers excited about our product!

As a CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of the web and mobile user acquisition strategy by:

  • Developing and implementing our CRM strategy including email and in-app communications from Intercom.

  • Developing and implementing the setup of a best-in-class CRM infrastructure.

  • Creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns that aim to increase customer conversion and loyalty.

  • Optimizing our customer journeys and bringing our lead and user segmentation to the next level.

  • Working closely with our Product and Marketing team and taking the best of both worlds to always pursue an outstanding user experience.

About you

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally, in consumer-facing and/or mobile subscription industries.

  • Must have knowledge of CRM fundamentals and tools, email deliverability, A/B split testing, HTML, dynamic logic, and CRM best practices.

  • Must have experience working with Intercom as well as other well-known CRM tools.

  • Must have English and Italian language work proficiency level, Spanish language fluency is a plus.
