About the role

We’re looking for a performance marketing manager to take ownership of growth and user acquisition strategies across channels to help us scale and get more customers excited about our product!

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the web and mobile user acquisition strategy by:

  • Growing revenue at scale via performance marketing in different acquisition channels, especially Google and Meta.

  • Profitably managing monthly budgets of €100k or more.

  • Identifying opportunities in the conversion funnel based on data and running experiments accordingly.

  • Organizing multiple ongoing projects in an organized, structured way, being able to prioritize tasks based on impact.

  • Collaborating with both external (agency) and internal (product team) stakeholders with a proactive mindset, hands-on mentality, and passion for self-development.

  • Having a profound understanding of consumer behaviors, needs and habits in the markets we operate.

About you

  • Must have 3+ years of professional experience in performance marketing. Ideally, you have already worked for digital B2C (subscription) products.

  • Must have management experience for all relevant performance marketing channels mentioned above (for web and mobile). Own expertise in Google or Meta is a massive plus.

  • Must be an analytical mastermind with proficiency in Excel and basic statistics, SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Must have English and Italian language work proficiency level, Spanish language fluency is a plus.
