No-Drama Discipline is a book that everyone should read. Starting with the definition of discipline itself, it goes on to illustrate the fundamental difference between punishment and education. Discipline, as a form of education, is about teaching. Through practical examples and real-life stories, authors Daniel J. Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson take the reader on a journey of mindfulness. It is a journey where the "perfect parent" does not exist; instead, there is the parent who strives in every way to leave a positive mark on their child's mind. The authors demonstrate how the benefits of a different approach to discipline are immediate, but above all, long-lasting. Indeed, children fortunate enough to grow up with parents skilled in "No-Drama Discipline" are destined to become better individuals tomorrow.
