According to the authors of Team Topologies, Matthew Skelton and Manuel Paris, companies need to adapt their communication style to the constant changes that take place within the organisation. They push the reader to rethink their idea of a ‘team’, and to look at it as a whole, rather than simply the sum of its members. Their adaptable model analyses the different types of teams, which are categorised according to the relationships or interactions among them. Each company must choose and implement the best model, while upholding its own values, objectives, and mission.
