In Turning the Flywheel the author delves into the concept of the flywheel, already presented in a chapter of his book Good to Great. For a business, a company or any type of organization to be successful, the flywheel strategy must be implemented. This is a set of actions that accelerate the organization's momentum towards success, just like a flywheel in mechanics. Using the  examples of  Amazon and Apple, the author explains how to create a successful flywheel effect.
